Say hello to Spring

Our Spring menu is officially in full bloom, so get ready to celebrate the fresh and ripe ingredients of this season and Spring into flavour with an array of sustainably sourced seafood dishes and freshly harvested greens.

Chalkstream trout tartare will be served with pickled radish, trout caviar, creamy avocado and Milwaukee rye bread for a starter so good you’ll be ordering one to go! 

Not forgetting our Devon crab show stopper, served with crab mayonnaise and our signature crisp French fries on the side. Get squeezy and cascade with lemon juice to complete this moreish dish.

If this wasn’t enough, the curtain can fall on any of these delicious dishes with the perfect ending, our Basque cheesecake. Served with macerated raspberries and coulis, you’ll be pushing wandering forks away from this lighter than air dessert.
