The local area

Cobham is a friendly and vibrant village that is steeped in history and well worth a wander around the independent shops. The Cricketers has an enviable location alongside Downside Common, which also has a lovely children’s playground area. There are stables aplenty if you fancy taking a hack through the lovely Surrey countryside or across Downside Common before stopping off with your four-legged friend for a bit of lunch. Water and treats are free of charge to our equine and canine friends alike!

We are also 5 minutes from the beautiful Painshill Park, a must-see with its gorgeous grotto and other follies, as well as 5 minutes away from Chelsea Football Club’s training ground.
